Bill did it in the Oval Office while, at least on one occassion, on the
phone talking official business that was not for the ears of his paramour.  I
don't care who he was diddling or when otherwise, but that right there is
dangerous to the country and should be grounds for impeachment.

There is photo proof of other instances.  Some are with women that say the
photo looks creepy but the actions were OK.  At least one photo was taken
as a restaurant I am familiar with.
