It has a nice effect on slumlords too; their disgusting apartments go up in
value, and people are paying close to $1000/month to live in the same nasty
old dwelling that went for $500 10 years ago. "New Carpeting!"

I'm lucky I bought a house quickly before they started raising the minimum
wage here in NY. On the bright side, maybe the value of my home will go up &
I can cash in on it someday.

So the conclusion I'll make is that the lesser of democrat evils will be the
one who openly admits their agenda. Someone who will scare us, but won't
surprise us - that's our guy/gal.
