Hello Sean, BA>> Steel Ramcharger vs plactic Chevy SD> My little 2016 Nissan Versa survived getting hit head on by a full-size SD> Chevy Blazer (K5) at 70 MPH. Totaled the car completely but I walked away SD> from the accident. I am forever thankful that the Versa was engineered SD> well enough to take that kind of impact. Good to hear you survived. What about those in the other vehicle? SD> On a side note, I refreshed my will. How many folks bother to even have a will? And of those who do, how many have kept it in a safe place? As well as keeping an extra copy in the hands of an attorney or executor? It is so easy for someone to claim that an individual never wrote a will, especially if the will was placed in an insecure place. When someone dies innestate, the state divides it equally among heirs. Let's say an individual wants to give 50% to one heir, 25% to another heir, 10% to somebody else, and the rest to charity. One of his heirs gets greedy, or has been shut out. What to do? Steal the will, and destroy it. The state then has to divide equally. What happens when a billionaire goes nuts and leaves everything to his/her cat? Only the caretaker of the cat wins. --Lee -- We Make Your Wet Dreams Come True --- MesNews/1.08.05.00-gb * Origin: news://eljaco.se (2:203/2) |
