As a fellow pointed out here back in 1995 (if I feel energetic I'll 
type in the whole post, it's a long one), people will vote for whoever 
promises them government 'benefits' that they don't have to pay for.  
48% of the American people do not pay income tax.

Ms. Warren advocates a 'wealth tax' - which is unConstitutional, 
Congress has only the power to tax imcomes, wealth is not income 
(although with the leftward bias of the courts that may change).  
Basically, she wants to take money from people who earned it and give 
it to people who didn't.
