The last time we invaded Canada (burning Toronto) things did
not turn out so well for Washington DC.

Nobody wants to freeze their nuts off.  Or one would think.
Look at how many Muslims from Syria and Turkey have resettled
in Sweden and Germany, and other places in Europe.  Seems
to me they are willing to dress the part.

Very safe city.  Not just for Americans, but also for tourists.
Like any major city, there is crime.  But in relation to other
cities, the crime rate in El Paso is much lower.  Just compare
stats.

The crime rate between Baton Rouge and New Orleans is probably
the highest in the US.  Why?  Drug trafficking corridor.  When
the focus is on the US/Mexico border, drugs get here through
Florida.  When the focus is on Florida, drugs get here through
the US/Mexico border.

Building a wall is not the answer.  What is needed is hiring
more people (border patrol) and having better technology.  That
means increased funding.
