But there are different ways to deal with it. As it now stands these people are
 labeled as 'criminals' which 99.9999% are not.

It's even worse .... your (beautiful American) National Parks can only thrive
because of the piles of foreign "students" with special "educational visas" to
work inside park boundaries ... most of them cleaning toilets in park
hotels/motels, works as room-maids, delivery-truck drivers, selling ice-cream,
doing dishes, picking up garbage, you name it ... for the simple reason that
American youngsters do not want to work for those wages anymore.
 
So the work-around is "educational visas" and fly-in Bulgarian kids, Romanian,
Russian, Polish ... even with the cost of the interview to obtain the visa, the
 plane ticket, other related travel, room and board with a salary determined by
 the State Department they are still cheaper than Americans.
 
Don't say I'm bullshiting you because "been there, done that, got the T-shirt"
... the years was 2013 and the situation is unchanged.

It's a worldwide thing. Here in Europe too.
