Former congressman Beto O'Roarke is advocating the existing wall
between the US and Mexico be torn down, due to the number of deaths
over the past ten years.  IOW, he is claiming that over 4,000 people
(men, women and children) have died over the past ten years because
they had to travel through desolate terrain in order to get to the
USA so as to apply for asylum.

Much better to tear down the wall and let everybody in, then
decide if their case has merit.  That way, everybody lives and
nobody dies.  Even if nobody gets to stay forever.

Now that is a pro-life kind of politician!
