Kurt Weiske | All | Tesla Model 3 online |

The Tesla model 3s are apparently available for order. An interesting car for $35K, although one thing that irked me was that the web site shows a price that includes "fuel savings" and "tax benefits". That's not how cash works. Getting a car for $50K with 2 engines gets you 4-wheel drive, and one benefit I'd not thought of - a backup engine, since the car can run independently on either engine. Tesla is also closing down most of their showrooms. You'll order online, it sounds like you pay $2500 down, then they deliver the car, and you get 7 days and/or 1000 miles to test, and hopefully they come pick it up if you choose not to keep it. --- SBBSecho 3.06-Win32 * Origin: http://realitycheckbbs.org | tomorrow's retro tech (1:218/700) |
