Kamusta Eric! EP> I just looked up FTS-4008.002 and it appears that the + shouldn't EP> be there. FTS-4008.002 is wrong about this issue. According to the real world standard for utc offsets your's is correct. Dropping the + corrupts the actual offset and is *never* acceptable behavior on real networks, especially international ones. EP> I'll file an issue on the WWIV tracker. I'd be very interested in what the discussion there will be on this issue. As I see it your utc offset was perfect. It is the FTSC that is wrong. Just look up utc offsets on the internet and you will see that dropping the + character is a HUGE no-no. Not posting one, as you are now doing, is a much better idea than corrupting your own data.
