Last I heard there are still some without landlines which include phones and
internet access. From my understanding their power has been restored as of the
new year or thereabouts. I was pleasantly surprised to see the internet
connection come up on Christmas Day (evening). I honestly thought it would be
another week or so given all the local damage which I assumed was at least as
bad everywhere else, which turned out to be accurate.
