That function is part of Earl Borah's Web Messaging Pro setup from 1998-99.
Have no clue if it will work on anything other that Wildcat Interactive Net
Server (pre winserver release)

WMP quit working a few years ago and was deleted, but i kept the QWK portion
active. It requires a registration keyed to the board name. Contact me at
fidosysop@gmail.com and i'll send you the files i have.
