Update ..... That's not exactly true because after digging around in the source file, I've discovered that the real cause of the problem was that those five items are centered on the page. After changing that, so that those five items are not centered, you can now use either the <Tab> key or the Up/Down arrows to navigate the page. The fix will be in the next release.
