OK.  But I don't understand WHY a simply down-arrow can't land on all of  
the items in the menu.  The down arrow only selects either [1] Help on  
help, or [2] Command line switches:

..instead, we have to use <TAB>.  (I mean, the top menu uses arrows to  
navigate), so why not this menu?

It just gets a little confusing when to use the tab and when arrow keys  
would work.  :(
