It arrived with the correct UTF-8 kludge from TB, and is retained in OXP here, but the limitation seems to be the Windows console font support. Above, I see a J + a dash + u with two dots above it. It should be: J + a with macron, or a bar above it. a with macron = alt 0257, but that doesn't render in the Windows console for oxp.
