Hello Martin! > Neither does mine, therefore my "Upload packer" field is empty. AA>> Therefore, I used the "copy $PUFFER $UPFILL" > Nope ..... > Press <F1> in the "Upload packer" field and see what it says in the > "unpacked transfer (Fido/UUCP)" paragraph AA>> and "copy $DOWNFILE $PUFFER" offerings. > That suggests that your uplink *sends* uncompressed echomail bundles. > Can you please confirm this(or otherwise) before we go any further, > thanks. (Sheesh.. Ctrl K Y for a block delete? I am not sure if I will remember all these editing codes!) Meanwhile, it looks like the packer settings where the problem. A previous message looks like it went out. If this next message gets out, then this thing can now operate. It was not obvious that UPLOADS packer could be empty, *but* DOWNLOADS packer could not. This program is quite a "puzzle" to keep the brain active. Regards, SysOp --- OpenXP 5.0.36 * Origin: Aug'sPoint (2:221/1.58) |
