Hello There, Of late I have been having an issue with "All nodes Busy" or busy files that keep Fidopoll or Mutil from running. Last weekend I was away and when I got home I found that Mystic hadn't polled out in a couple days. I had assumed that Mutil and/or Fidopoll would normally remove the busy file upon program termination. Also lately if were to do a manual poll using Fidopoll I am told that Fidopoll is already running when upon checking I find that it is in fact not running and file a busy file in the semaphore directory. When I delete the busy file then I can poll fine. For the moment I can create a Bash script that will test for a "Stale" busy file and if exists remove prior to running the necessary program. Any thoughts or anyone else seeing this behavior? Jeff --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Toy-4 * Origin: Fidoneet: The Ouija Board - Anoka, MN -bbs.ouijabrd.net (1:282/1031) |
