Al Kaiser | All | My Star Wars Rogue One Review |

First to place this in the order of things I would call it Episode 3a. Rogue One is a not a person but a call sign thought up in a moment of desperation. We see a number of familiar characters but not the people who we are used to playing them because they need to appear the age they are at the time of 3a. Some have bit parts some play a major role. Google Star Wars Characters if you want to know who they are. The first part of the movie is cinematically dark. It mostly deals with the back story of the main characters who will be in the action later. The real action seems to get going about 30 to 45 minutes into the movie and boy is there action! Plenty of land and space battles, we see thing that are also in later movies. Remember the Empire is building the arsenals we see in #s 4, 5 and 6. The movie brightens cinematically. The sound is amazing. There are many characters in this movie that won't continue in any sequels which speaks to things said in episode 4. Over all this one was well done. Good character development, great action and plenty of battle scenes to satisfy anyone. This gets five stars, and if you go to the 10 star scale it is in the 9+ category. One to see more than once in 3D IMAX! -=> Al Kaiser n1api@cox.net <=- That's all for now! Al Kaiser - Meriden, CT, 20-Dec-2016 at 20:35. Fido : 1:142/926 - Internet : n1api@cox.net .!.
