Well it looks like 24 is coming back with a "spin off" of sorts. FOX is producing 24 Legacy to premier February, 5, 2017 but Keifer Sutherland said that he will not be returning as Jack Bauer. It wil follow war hero Eric Carter played by Cory Hawkins. Maranda Otto plays Rebecca Ingram the former head of CTU. There are 12 episodes using the realtime naration method. The timeframe is 3 years after season 8. It does not look like any or many of the former characters will be returning though Sutherland says 'never say, never again' (in one form or another). BUT Carlos Bernard will return as Tony Almedia the CTU analysis turned villian I would guess he's at it again by the looks of it. Also some of the people who produced the original series are involed in this one including Sutherland. A number of trailers have been released and a internet search should come up with them. They showed the first half of the premier episode at the New York Comic Con in 2016. If you are a fan of 24 like me, you'll be looking for this February 5th. It seems 24 has done "just about everything it could have to the U.S." what else could they have up their sleeve? -=> Al Kaiser n1api@cox.net <=- Toodeloo!
