-------------------------- e-Ministries Devotionals by: Jon Justvig (1:298/25) Volume 1, Issue 2 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (recap): -- snip -- Let's get started shall we. We'll be starting in the very first book of the King James Version of the Holy Bible. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (Genesis 1:1 [KJV]) What do you think of as God, when you hear the word, or think of God? And, we know God is love. What is love exactly? It may be something other than what you have thought of before. Here is more details... Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; (Romans 12:10 [KJV]) -- snip -- And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (Genesis 1:2 [KJV]) Soon we'll see the earth and waters... And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. (Genesis 1:3 [KJV]) So now God has changed darkness into light for all is seen. What is in the darkness will be eventually be brought into the light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. (Genesis 1:4 [KJV]) And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. (Genesis 1:5 [KJV]) The creation of light was the first day. This concludes this issue. Please stay tuned in for the next issue. Until then, God bless you all. Follow the MINISTER Fidonet echo for further issues as, I hope, time permitting, I will be able to be back next time. Until then, keep your heart and mind open to what's good and we'll see you next time. === Sincerely, Jon Justvig (1:298/25) Stepping Stone BBS Legion RPG HQ http://vintagebbsing.com:81 telnet://vintagebbsing.com ssh://vintagebbsing.com trillian: cr1mson --- SBBSecho 3.01-Linux * Origin: Stepping Stone BBS -- telnet://vintagebbsing.com (1:298/25) |
