   I was stopped twice.
   The first time was walking back from Mexico at customs,
   The second time was miles away where all traffic was merged into
something like a intestate weigh station.  I guess they were looking for
someone or
something since cones set out to guide traffic and several border patrol
cars were around, one closer to th
