 That's not too bad for someone living by themselves though.  We sold our 
house
last October and moved closer to Sioux Falls. We've got a pretty nice 3 
bedroom,
2 bathroom apartment with a full garage.  The garage is helpful cause I can 
still
do my scroll saw work down here.  A nice hobby and brings in a little extra 
cash.
