I like chicken ok, but not so much white meat chicken... which is all
that Chick-Fil-A sells, as I understand.... a few of my nieces/nephews
have worked for their local one(s)...

Yes, I imagine a lot of bland-ish things would indeed benefit from a bit
of spicing up...    The point I'd make though, is that just because it
is somewhat bland and might somewhat resemble the taste of chicken, it
might actually have a nice taste of its own... such as rabbit does, or
frog legs...
