I have an idea for not printing Maps you see on the internet.

EITHER press PrintScr and Open a Image Editor like Irfanview or maybe even
Microsoft's Paint program, then PASTE (CTRL-v) whats on the internet page,
and SAVE it as a .JPG file on your laptop/notebook OR on the Tablet if
there is a PrintScr key function on a Tablet(????).

   OR

SAVE the internet page with DoPDF (or CutePDF) which is a Printer Driver
You can Download to the computer/tablet(?) that You take on the trip.

I like using the free version of DoPDF.   www.dopdf.com

When I see something on the Monitor I want to keep in a PDF file,
I press CTRL-p and select DoPDF from the Printer Option List instead of
sending it to the Printer.

Next I Save what is on the screen to a PDF File in a Directory
(or subDirectory) that I want the File Saved in.

When I want to look at what I Saved, I Double-Click on the File Name in
Windows Explorer (NOT the Internet Esplorer program) and the PDF Reader
Program I use - called PDFXChange lets me read the file.

The Free version of PDFXChange can be downloaded at:

One nice thing about DoPDF is that it puts all of what is on a web page
into the PDF, instead of PrintScr ONLY grabbing what is visible on the
monitor screen at that instant the PrintScr Key was pressed.

Some of the pages I've Saved with DoPDF are Very Long.

What I wrote in a message to Nancy and You about the Zig-Zag on U.S. 31-W in
Kentucky is South of Glendale (junction) and Upton, KY , its near Sonora, KY.

In Kentucky, U.S. 31-W is called "Dixie Highway".

A long time ago I went to the Patton Museum at Fort Knox Army Base and as
I was leaving to come home there was a LARGE sign saying:

"Ypu are now entering the Most Dangerous Highway in the U.S.A.,
               DIXIE DIEWAY
 Drive Carefully".

The Sign might still be there when people leave the Base.

After writing all of that about the Zig-Zag I remembered You were going
West to see Daryl after leaving My Area.

I 'think' You may want to stop at Dayton, Ohio and see the U.S. Air Force
Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB as You drive towards My Area.

My Wife and I went there long ago and IIRC We were asked for a Donation
when We walked in.  I REALLY ENJOYED the Air Force Museum!

I also dragged my Wife to the U.S. Navy Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Florida,
and saw the USS Lexington at Panama City, Florida.
I said "saw" because a day or so ago We walked through the USS Alabama in
Mobile, Alabama and neither one of us wanted to walk on another Ship that
soon.
The Lady Lex was the first of four Aircraft Carrier I was on during My
Navy Service.
