  I know of 2:

1) The GPS said "turn left here", and you go right off the mountain
road.

2) The GPS said "turn right here", and you turn on to the railroad
tracks, then discover there's a train coming.

  When a fellow ham radio operator I were coming back from a special
event station aboard the Arkansas And Missouri Railroad Memorial Day
Troop Train back in 2011, we decided to stop off in Conway, about 30
miles northwest of Little Rock. The female GPS voice went
ballistic..."ERROR!! RECALCULATING!!"...to which I said "Now, you've
made her mad!!
