HG>Hi Daryl, Hi, Holger... HG>Odd things happen: I thought I posted my message to Mark Lewis as a HG>reply to his message that the LS_ARRL echo will be removed and I get HG>your reply to it. I remember when that echo and net was started. Tamara "Ivy" Iverson, KB9QPM, started "LakeShore Net" several years ago, but shut her BBS down when Y2K hit. She hasn't been back in BBSing for a long time. HG>Fidonet has, since aug. 19, been limping here. Each day I have reveived HG>only one echomail written by Benny Pedersen in the WINDOWS and LINUX echo HG>areas, and today your post and one in the FN_SYSOP area. While I have several auto posts that I do on various topics, my BBS ad is only done once a week (some systems do multiple posts in a single day), and I try to access the BBS daily. But, with being caregiver for my elderly Mom, and having new health issues of my own (never mind it has been a stormy August here with lots of thunderstorms), the BBS has ended up "taking a back seat", as it were.
