:)  I don't think it would really matter either way.  And the only reason
things start at 0 for programming is due to memory locations and offsets.  The
first element of an array is at 0 because it's 0 away from the beginning
(because it's at the beginning), the next one is 1 away, etc..  That makes
sense from a programming point of view, but people naturally like to start
numbering things starting with 1 for the 1st thing. :)
